EASY TO INSTALL ON ANY INDOOR BIKE: 9/16" thread fits virtually every indoor bike. Please be sure to watch our video to easily install using a basic wrench, and to avoid damaging the left crankarm, which has reverse threads on every bike.

TOOL-FREE TENSION ADJUSTMENT: Fit 5 pedals feature a unique tool-free tension adjustment with a simple +/- switch for a customized feel. Flip the orange switch to "plus" for a stiffer spring or "minus" for a less stiff spring, making it easy to get your foot out, especially with Delta clip/cleats.

UNIQUE RELEASE LEVER: Platform adapters are very difficult to remove on most pedals – FIT 5 has an ingenious lever, just push to quickly remove the sneaker platform and cage (platforms sold separately). Switch between Delta and sneakers - No tools needed!
