With 16GB of memory and on-device navigation features, the ELEMNT BOLT can store the maps and routes needed to keep riders on track and re-route as necessary. The device has a battery life of 15 hours and can be charged mid-ride thanks to its USB-C charging. Equipped with Bluetooth Smart, ANT+, and WiFi technology, the ELEMNT BOLT pairs seamlessly with all cycling sensors and complementary devices, allowing users to get the most out of their training.

The ELEMNT BOLT offers several key features that enhance the riding experience. The on-device turn-by-turn navigation automatically generates prompts for routes and file types, including GPX files, TCX files, and routes imported from Strava, Ride With GPS, and Komoot. Top LEDs and audible cues provide at-a-glance information about the next turn or if the rider has gotten off-course.

When synced with compatible accounts, such as Strava, Ride With GPS, Best Bike Split, Komoot, MTB Project, and SingleTracks, the ELEMNT BOLT automatically and wirelessly downloads saved routes and uploads completed rides to all authorized third-party accounts.

The "Take Me To" on-demand route generation feature allows riders to create a route with turn-by-turn directions by selecting a location directly on the ELEMNT BOLT map page, using its pan and zoom, or by selecting from one of their saved locations. In the ELEMNT Companion App, users can enter a destination, address, or point of interest and generate a route with turn-by-turn directions, which can then be synced to the ELEMNT BOLT via Bluetooth.

The ELEMNT BOLT also provides smart notifications and live tracking capabilities. It displays on-screen pop-up alerts and LED indications to notify riders of calls, texts, emails, and messages from various messaging apps, such as WhatsApp, Signal, Line, Telegram, and WeChat on both iOS and Android devices. This feature can be easily turned off with the Do Not Disturb mode. Users can also share a LiveTrack link, via the ELEMNT Companion App, for that day or indefinitely when riding with their smartphone.

Finally, the ELEMNT BOLT offers ANT+ Radar integration, allowing riders to pair their ANT+ Rearview radar to the device. This feature provides real-time proximity information of vehicles approaching from behind, with the vehicles represented directly on the computer's screen and LED indications to alert the rider of cars approaching or if the channel is clear.
